I used the excitement and color of Key West while designing this community located in Land O Lakes Florida. Unique features that aren’t too stuffy make visitors feel comfortable immediately, and understated nods to Key West keep it fun.
Mystic Pointe Apartments was developed and is managed by RANE Property Management. Blue Shutter was responsible for interior and exterior building finish schedule for the community center and apartment buildings, all interior millwork, amenity finish schedule, lighting layout specifications and sourcing, access control plan, marketing design board, furniture sourcing and set up of models and clubhouse.
