I have been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. I have leased and managed communities in Texas, Georgia, New York and Florida, as well as being involved at a corporate level with management and marketing. This gives me a unique understanding of how the design of a property needs to function, as well as look, to attract and keep residents.

I took an opportunity to re-decorate a model apartment years ago which quickly turned into years of decorating apartments for renters. Through the years I was involved in updating offices and clubhouses and staging for developers. I was then asked to be involved in the development and construction of new build communities and was soon sourcing and selecting everything from roofing materials to plumbing fixtures.
